Missing Fuse "BCM PRGRM"

I have a 1997 Chevy Astro LT

I was given two Remote Keyless remotes from the dealer but they
weren't programmed.

All the instructions say to remove the BCM PRGRM fuse from the
interior. There is no BCM PRGRM fuse in my box. Does this mean
that my car doesn't have keyless entry?

Have your GM dealer run your VIN#. They can tell if your vehicle has keyless entry or not.
