lil red express build up?

well i am looking at building up a truck and found a love for the lil red express trucks but there are none for sale so is there a way to build my own from a normal 1/2 ton truck? the main thing is trying to find a short bed truck, i have found one but its a 84 dodge 1/2 ton and am wondering if it will work with the older lil red express parts?



also what is the difference in length between the long bed extended cab and short bed regualr cab dodge trucks also this is going to be done as a performace truck (sort of) so what should i get?

1979 DODGE S/C , supercab, v8, auto. (what does S/C mean?)
also doesn't have a bed. $800

S/C in this case means super-cab. A four door. With a full-size box, these trucks are pretty long...

You could just take a normal shortbox pickup and put a stepside box on it. It shouldn't be hard for you.

A super-cab truck with a stepside box would be a good idea, I've never seen something like that before. Would be one of a kind...
