Are you asking me why I need a head gasket or why I need the part number?

The bottom end and the car are a 95 but the head is from a 90. What gasket would I use in that case?

Re: mls mitsu headgasket part number

The gsket will be the same for 1g or 2g 4g63. The part number is helpful if you want to get this gasket from mitsu, I am assuming thats why he is asking for it. Go to the dealer and ask for the Mitsu MLS gasket and you will get some strange looks

Exactly, I work at a dealer so I can get parts from a mitsu dealer for wholesale, but they always need part numbers or the VIN and since as far as I know the mls head gasket wasn't on a car in production (maybe it was) I need the part number. Thanks for the responses.
