timing belt for 2.4L engine

Hello all,

I have a couple of quick maintenance questions about my car.

First of all I own a 2001 Cavalier Z24 with 65,000 miles (2.4 liter engine).

I was wondering if these engines have a timing belt or timing chain. If it's a belt, what mileage should the belt be changed at?

Also when should the automatic transmission fluid be changed? (mine trans has original fluid in it from new, no problems with trans though).

Thanks in advance for the advice.

Chain. under the cover to the left of the valve cover. Water pump driven by this too.
