high brake light 1999 I30

I need to change the high brake light bulb. Can anyone suggest how to remove the high brake light? According to the shop manual, there are two "pawls" and two "hooks" under the light, but it is not clear how to release them.

Have u tried www.autozone.com manuellos, will it confuzeus u more or is it silent on that issue?
