Viper off of Dubs, Mclaren on Dubs

Two things I've worked on recently. I switched in some standard SRT-10 rims instead of those huge crazy Mayas that were on this "Whips" Viper. They're still big but more reasonable:

....and this Mclaren has been modded a bit. I didn't like how high the original rims were riding so I found a substitute. These are 18" Oasis B1s and the shoes are slicks from a F1 GTR. Not sure the Mclaren was meant to have Dubs but I still like my chrome:

Let me know if you love it or want to hunt me down for putting chrome on a Mclaren.

I kinda like the chrome on the Mac. Had it been a UT Mac then that's a different story...

Everyone keeps saying that... Anyway it was a Maisto, so no real harm done.

They shouldn't they came right off a UT Mclaren F1 of the same size. The rim size didn't change either.

i really like the paint on the whips.
for the legendary roadcar, if you have a gt carrera, switch out the wheels with that car. the roadcar would go well with those than the dubs, whereas the carrera would go well with dubs.

Wow! That Maclaren looks sweet on those rims. I think I should try swapping rims on my blue Maclaren .

Yes, the Mclaren has 1/24 scale Oasis B1s from a Dub City car. Thanks for all the comments guys!

I think the Viper looks better like that. Not too big on the McLaren though.
