Help! Car wont start.

Hey everyone,

I have a 2000 galant 2.4. The car was just running fine but now it wont start. When you turn the key it makes a ticking sound and all the interior lights flash off for about 1 second. I'm able to jump the car and it will start right up. All the dash lights are working fine. I pulled the battery out of the car and had Sears run a test on the battery. They ran a load test and stated the battery was fine. Is there any tell, tell way to determin if the altinator is bad or if its the starter.
