Vinyl design request

I want to get a really cool custom vinyl involving ice crystals (in various shades of blue) for my frost white 96 Integra LS but I don't really have an image of what I want in my head. I was wondering if anyone could try and design such a vinyl. If there are any deigns I like, I will pay you for it and have your name added to the vinyl (with your permission of course.)
