passat inner tierod change

Left side rattles .Changed outer tierod ends .Seems like noise is coming from inside end of boot.Is there another t.r end here if so does anyone know how to fix?

Yes there's an inner tie rod, it may be impossible to find it seperate from the entire rack unit.
