engine misfire cylinder one

My ses light came on again. went to auto zone and had the code read. he said cyloinder one was misfiring and thae o2 sessor was bad. I looked at the wires and coil, and they look good no arcing any suggestions?

I found the problem the wires were arcing. I put it in the shop for a tune up and it runs great. I wish I would of done it myself and saved the money.
