ANY LS/VTEC places that would convert cheap?

It seems every flippin shop i ask does not do OR would do it but they dont really know wat the fuck they are talkin about. I've tried calling alot of shops but does neone know any in toronto? preferably in the west end?

i have no idea how it is anywhere other than here, but most shops you call wont do it just because they either think its a bad idea or they dunno how, the best chance you have is to do it yourself and have alot of help. if you need to know more about how to do it juss ask here.

No offense but that is a horrible response. If he's never built a motor before, then how is he going to be able to do it if local shop can't even do it for him? I'm not saying it's rocket science, but without knowing what his abilites are; you shouldn't be recommending him to do it himself.

I was telling him either do it himself, with help from experienced people, or just have a shop with an experienced person. When I said himself I was also meaning to tell him to ask people, on the internet, someone could give him a step by step, yes it will take time. But I dunno, ive never done a swap or built a motor myself, I just dont see it being so hard that he couldnt learn how to do it.
