98 gl turbo??

any 1 know where to find a turbo kit for a 98 jetta gl, ive looked all ova and cant find 1 any where, ive found the intercooler, and blow off valves, so some 1 has to make a turbo kit for it if they make the otha parts, if u know of a place plzz let me kno thnx
