Mustang and Capris

The capri is a fox body just as the stang is right? I'm looking to majke an auto-x car and I need to make sure the frame is the same. I know the actual body is different and I know the drive train is the same, is the suspension system? I would imagine it is, but if anyone knows for sure that would be a huge help. Thanks allot guys.
