pulsating sound in the dash

Wondering if anyone else gets a pulsating sound in the dash driver side. Sounds like a pump or something. sounds like it cycles every second at times and goes away. If I turn off the engine and turn back on it goes away.

hi. yes i hear the same thing. I brought it to the attention of one dealership and he said that it was my IPC (instrument panel cluster). Does your tacometer jump around at start and when you turn off the truck? On my truck it is a bit more noticable at these times...good luck

I messed around with the electric climate control going from vent to vent/ floor and back and now dont hear the sound anymore

What did you do when you messed around? What parts of the climate control? How deep did you go? I have this problem on a TB I drive everyday for a friend of mine who is going blind.
