EA82 ignition
Someone gave me a EA82 carbed engine. Can anyone tell me what type of ignition may be on it or how I cold tell from codes on engine. I have no computer. Are there points type disributer-ignitions you can use on this engine.
The intake manifold is crazy loking has any one fabbed a new one and what carb did you use--progressivs suc*, on VW do they also on subies? May try to use this engine in VW ghia with Kennedy adapter. Has anyone tried a megasquirt version-2 for EFI and Ignition on a EA82?

i have a 86 subaru it also looks weird its a spfi 1.8 which is the same as yours there ars points in some of them mine is single point fuel injected model xt pain in the rear to work on
