Battery Light

Hi,

My battery light "flickers". I performed a charging system test and found that everything is perfectly normal. The system charges fine with a heavy load, and the battery is normal. Has anyone had trouble with a malfunctioning dash light? Thanks.

Re: Battery Light

did you use a VAT-40 or something similar to test the alternator?...also have you used gm's battery tester?...b/c even though you may be able to charge the battery...it wont hold the charge because of a bad cell in the battery...and if you've done this then id say maybe a bulb is going in the IPC....other than that im not sure...
