DRL on when I turn the key back. Normal?

I have a 99 Tahoe and when I turn the key to the accessory position the DRL's turn on.

That's not normal is it? The truck has a remote-start addition and I'm wondering if that has somehow screwed it up.

No, that's not normal. Until you can prove it's the remote start, just slightly depress your foot-operated parking brake which should turn off the DRL.
