Well I have a sim but different problem 2002 Sienna XLE

I have a second keyless entry keyer but tried different instructions and cant get it programed ot to respond (the mini-van) I am getting frustrated Thinking of going Chrysler next time ( well not really ) but if any one can help I sure would appreciate it. Mine is the 3 button on front with the red LOCK button on top and the flush rear side passenger driver side door on the back side (whew try saying that in one breath and making sense) GQ43VT14T is the FCC id on the back at least thats what it looks like now. Phil
