JDM ZC rebuild Question.

okay im rebuilding a zc (dohc) and i need to know for sure wich way the thrust washers go in. do the two groves go in twards the block or facing out twards the crank? and if u have any other tips or helpfull hits to give i'd be thankful. this is my first full engine rebuild. i've done the top end before, and should i get my intake manifold ported? (im running turbo)
