blinkers on = cd player off?

this isn't for my car it's actually for my friend's..she called me up this mornin sayin that her lights don't work..none of them no headlights, blinkers, and she wasn't sure about the brake lights..i told her it was probly a fuse but then she said all of a sudden the blinkers worked but the cd player turned off when she used the blinkers..any idea?
