and could i hook this up directly to the hose where my hallman boost controller is?

Re: turboxs 2 stage boost controller

dual stage BC is usally for FWD i believe....it's so you can set a specific boost psi for lower gears to not lose traction and higher psi for higher gears....pretty sure that's how it works.

Re: turboxs 2 stage boost controller

I think the turboxs 2 is over priced. I got my blitz electric boost controler in japan for around $200. Check out http://www.dejontool.com/DSM-MBC.htm boost controlers.

Re: turboxs 2 stage boost controller

the turbo xs is very overpriced. its basicly just 2 mbcs with a electronicly controlled valve to switch between them. im planning to try and make myself one for my car i just have to find the vac solenoid

Re: turboxs 2 stage boost controller

I think that is really cool. I don't think I have seen anything like that before. It would be totally useful, at least it looks like it to me.

Sidenote--> GotGrip666...in your sig you have "Failing to plan is planning to fail??". I originally said that, why do you have the question marks behind it?

Re: turboxs 2 stage boost controller

Yea huans thats why i like it, id get an electronic BC but isnt it that you cant just turn down the boost on it? that you have to make all sorts of other adjustments? right now im running 25 psi on my hallmen manual bc, and i think it would be cool , and awsome looking too to just be able to adjust it inside the car

electronic you can just turn down the boost. no matter what kind of boost controller you have you may need to make other adjustments if you're making a big change

Re: turboxs 2 stage boost controller

It is kind of significant...but I am not entirely sure how many other adjustements you would have to do, if any.

I don't mean to steal this thread at all, but how would you manage the fuel for one of these dual stage boost controllers?
