Question

How to reprogram keyless entry for Highlander 2004?

Hello,

I'd like all doors to be unlocked with single press on unlock key instead of 2 times it takes now. Dealer wants $50 for those which I think is outrageous bearing in mind that it's most likely 5 min job.
Can somebody post instructions?
