1995 S-10 2.2 L Rough Starts

Let me start by swearing by this truck...this is my 1st minor/major problem.

When trying to start it turns over and 1/2 ass fires...It starts but it's a rough start.
Spark...checked
Distributor...checked

Engine Flush...done. Not burning oil/antifreeze

There's a visable normal color exhaust when other cars have none...(when colder) Didn't do that before either.
Im not a newbie to mechanics but far from a mechanic this ones puzzling me?

sounds like you may have a blown head gasket, i have a 4.3 that had rough idle and that was the problem, antifreeze in the cylinders
