A few Trailblazer things and beware of used ones

Hello all,

My First post.

First off if you have an LS and want factory fog lamps then you need the front bumper that has the fog lap openings. The openings contain the mounting locations to bolt in the lamps. Then you need the factory foglamp switch. After wiring then you will have factory fog lamps. You can modify the existing LS bumper but do not recommend doing so. If anybody needs factory foglamps with bulb wiring I have a set for sale.

I also have a set of factory 16" LS rims that are the shiny clear coated aluminum with white letter tires. The rims are perfect and tires have only 10,000 miles on them.

I have an EXT rear parcel tray for sale too for Dark gray interior.

I had an LS but bought a North face last year. I had these items sitting around.

As far as trailblazer problems. I have 14,000 miles on my North Face. It is 14 months old. The only problems I had was a bad headlight plug. The plug melted to the bulb. The rear passenger door moulding on the bottom sagging and would not stay. The radio volume button, the paint began to peel away. All these items were fixed under warranty.

Now for those of you that purchased or are thinking about purchasing pre owned Trailblazers. My brother use to work for Enterprise Rent A Car. They own a Chevy dealership in St. Louis and purchase quite a bit of Trailblazers for rental vehicles. These vehicles are then sold to dealerships as program cars. My brother told me that these vehilces will go 20,000 miles sometimes without even getting the oil checked let alone changed. He has seen car preps put wheel acid in the crankcase just to try to destroy the car. You name it it has been done to it. He said these cars ar treated like $#it.
If you are planning to buy one find out who was the prior owners before doing so. If it was Enterprise then stay away from it at all costs.

fog lights

I was looking to piece together the fog lights and bulbs and everything from a combination of places... but it seems like you have what I'm looking for. I want to put them in an LS, but I believe I should be able to handle the wiring job... hopefully. Email me or let me know what you're asking. Thanks!

Eric
