rear wiper

lift the blade off the window look on the arm right were it goes to the motor. you will see a small clip that you can slide out about 1/4" than let go of the blade and grab the arm move shake alittle it will than pull off.

hope this helps

If it is like most other Chrysler products you may have to fight it off. Typicly when we replace caravan and voyager back windows and windshields the wipers are a bear to get off. You can try to heat it with a propane torch, you don't have to get crazy, just a little bit of heat and some muscle will get it off. Usually they are rusted or corroded on there. If and when you get it off, clean up the splines and put a dab of grease on it to reduce future corrosion.

OK THIS WAS WRONG JUST WENT OUTSIDE AND LOOKED.

Lift the arm,you will see a little hole were it pivots
You have to put something in the hole .like a 6 pen Nail
To hold it off the glass. Than let go of the arm
(It should be about 1“off the glass not holding it ) now
Look you will see under it a little clip push the clip in and
Pull on the wiper arm at same time . That should do it.
