Idiot Lights Gone Wild
My '87 GT does something that i find pretty wierd. Sometimes when you floor it (its an automatic) and it downshifts, all the lights, (gas, coolant, etc...) will all light up. Also when it is low on gas they will sometimes flash, while the gas light is on.......why is this, i cant figure it out!?

my 87 does the same thing when its very cold after it sits all night. all the idiot lights blink for about 5 minutes after i start the car. does anyone know what causes it to do that?
