If you mean movie appearances besides Back to the Future:
The Wedding Singer Beverly Hills Cop part 1(Its in the background right after the new cops say they wouldn't fall for a Banana in the Tailpipe) TV shows: One episode of the Simpsons Troy Mcclure had one. Matlock: Don Knotts bought one in one episode. The History Channel also had an segment on the Delorean that it shows every once in a while.

There are some lesser know DeLorean appearances as well:
They are all very bad movies, not really worth trying to hunt down just to see the DeLorean.
