Cool wheel well removal?

anyone ever remove the panel under the wheel well? I'm wondering if it'll give me access to the wiper drains etc.

How bad does this thing leak anyway ? Do you need rubbers when driving ? Let me do some research on wiper drains in AllData and will add to this post......

Managed to use high pressure air to blow the drain out down by the door. It now drains behind the drivers side wheel as it should. Time will tell if this will take care of the drivers side leak or not. I have a $500 deductable on glass so Id rather not have to replace the windshield. I've already tried the over the counter sealer. Any help is appreciated!
