ok you have a ob2 to obd1 harness, didnt it come with instructions ? follow those instructions.
axles, 94 and up teg axles with intermediate shaft. i have not done this swap myself but i think you can use your stock mounts |

Re: b18b1 swap into 96-98 civic ex vtec
you might need the 99-00si rear mount. not the chassis mount but the t mount or whatever they call it that bolts into the rear of hte tranny. again not sure because i havent done a swap like this before.
did the conversion harnesss come with instructions on how to rewire it ? |

the obd2 to obd1 ecu conversion harness is allready installed i dont need help with that...
the rewiring i'm talking about is in the enginebay like sensors and such that might not clip into the obd2 sub harness |

Re: b18b1 swap into 96-98 civic ex vtec
The easiest thing to do is to use your stock OBD2 injectors, swap voltage regulators in the alternators, and change the 1 plug from the OBD2 dist to the 2 plug of the OBD1. Here is a thread from H-T, but you'll want to do the opposite of what it says for the alternator and distributor because it's for OBD2 motor in an OBD1 car: http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=550976 (6th post down).
