Pioneer in Dash 6 Disk Changer/MP3 Player

I have a 2002 Sport Trac, Does anyone know why CDR's get jammed in the Pioneer 6 Disk CD Changer when you try to eject the CDR? It will eject "store bought" music with no problem.... When I burn MP3's to a CDR and then load it, it will play fine but when its time to eject the CDR the door opens and then I get a "CD ERROR" messege so I have to dig the CDR out with a metal poker. Also I have tried sticking a cd label on a CDR with no success same problem. I sure am tired of doing this.... Any Ideas?
