Re: 95 chevy blazer just dies

Remove the top vortec plate and the IMTV valve under it and peer down inside the plenum and look for golden washed apots, the strong smell and pools of fuel.

Any codes in system? Not all codes turn on the light.

Hook up a fuel pressure gauge and drive till it dies. Do you still have good fuel pressure? Could be the fuel pump overheating and slowing down.

Could also be ignition, but have to start somewhere.
