Crx Dx with Si swap wiring problems

My buddy got a 91 Crx dx with an Si swap in it. The guy he got it from didnt know what he was doin. My buddy has everything for the Si..(Ecu, Distributor, and wiring harness) He rewired everything and isnt gettin any spark. When he first turns on the ignition he gets one spark, while crankin there isnt any spark, and when he stops crankin he gets one more spark. He is in need of help.

switch the 2 white wires on teh dist, see if that works

take pics of the wiring at the ecu and at the distributor...
