1996 chrysler sebring lxi starting problem

My sebring recently starting having problems starting. I thought it was due to a faulty battery. I had the battery replace on Sunday and it is doing the same thing. I try to start it and all the lights come on and it goes click-click or does nothing. It took 15 tries to get it started tonight. I'm wondering if it is an alternator problem or a starter problem. Anyone know? If so, what's the cost of fixing this.

Hey... my dad has a 1996 sebring jxi, and the motor that pushes up the antenna *sp* was so old that it was draining power from all the other electronics (ie: stereo, convertabletop. etc) We had it taken out and just kept the antenna at the "up" position. Im not sure if your car has the some problem. hope it helps
