Just got my baby home...
After being in the shop almost a week to have the rear calipers replaced due to spewing fluid
While thankful to no longer be driving my parents extra car( 89 buick), my brakes now feel very similar to those in said buick. I'm not sure what they did but now its like an extra 4-6 inches of pedal pushing before I feel the same stopping effect I used to feel with like only 2 inches of pushing. Anyway I can adjust this? I'm not sure exactly why its different since most braking happens in the front and all they replaced were the rear calipers. If it matters my few brake mods are listed in sig. Thanks!

Re: Just got my baby home...
Sounds like they didn't Bleed the brakes well & have air in the system..
Take it back, it should take long to fix.. Good luck/skill! |

Re: Just got my baby home...
yeah, takes less pressure to compress air than brake fluid so if there is air in the lines then you're gonna have to push the brake down further

Re: Just got my baby home...
damn whats holding you back from putting in your sr?? Yea that sounds about right, bleed the system or they just fucked them up some how. I had my rear calipers replaced last summer. Mine felt the same as always when it was all said and done. If not a little bit better.
