Ok heres the deal, I have a 85' 325e. i have put to much money into it trying to fix this problem... When im accelerating i sometimes feel a loss of power when i feel that loss at about 2500 to 3k rpm's it cuts out, doesnt die just jerks like no other. it happens most of the time but there are times when the car runs fine. both fuel pumps are brand freakin new. all filters, alternator, fuel lines, injectors, spark plugs, all except MAS. new FPR (fuel pressure regulater) please if u have any advise that would help i just wanna mob it. haha

Yup, I have had the exact same problem, with my 84' 325 e. Found it was the T.P.S. switch, under the intake opening. Remove air inlet tube, pull pcv tube and throttle cables. Remove 4 bolts on main tube. and remove wires to t.p.s. Flip over, it is held on with two screws. to install reverse process. What happens is the pcv is not working correctly and lets oil get into throttle intake. oil runs down the throttle plate shaft and into the t.p.s. and shorts it out. You will need to replace the pcv valve also to stop this from happening again. Hope this helps... Later Mark.

hey thanks a lot for your advise, im going to try that in the morning i thought it was my ignition cause im not getting any spark to the distibutor. ill try that
