2pc header or 1pc header?

I'm looking to buy a header.
I looked at OBX headers and they have a 2pc header and a one piece header.
Which one is better?

The 1 piece but not by much and installing is a pain in the butt compared to a 2 piece.

I haven't had the priveledge of personally doing a 1 pc but all racing headers are 1 piece and I've heard from alot of ppl it's not something you want to do alot.

With one piece you have to jam the whole piece down under the engine to connect it to the cat or go from underneath and push the part that connects to the head, up. With a 2 piece you can somehow work with it a little better and take it apart if you absolutley have to.

Ive done a 1 peice and it wasnt hard at all. you just have to lift the front of the car higher then with a two peice.
then you push the header up from the bottom and hang it on his bolts.
i did it alone and it took me about 1 hour for everything.
also 1 peice is better because there are less areas that could cause turbulance on them. I.E where the two peices come together could not be a perfect match thus slowing air flow.
Personaly i would never buy a two peice.

I have a 2 piece and I put it in by myself with no trouble at all, 'cept I had to replace the O2 sensor cause it wouldn't come out of the old exhaust manifold. I would go with a 2 piece. That whole turbulance thing is prolly only worth half a pony.

Yeah but get enough of those half ponys and you get the advantage.

i supervised and partially helped install jon(civsiguy) dc 4-1 1 piece header and it is just as easy as a 2 piece but only if you have access to the underneath of the car because the header must be slipped up from underneath.
