Turbonator?

uh...In case you haven't seen it theres these little adds all over hte forum for this thing called a turbonator, as are also in the back of every tuner mag i buy. I guess it's basically an electric supercharger, on a smaller scale. Does anyone know if they work? THey're only like 70 bucks so I'm pretty sure my na supra is better off without cheaply made crap unless i hear different. thanks.
