16.4? Dude, I run 15.9, maybe 15.7... Get your facts straight. And your dx doesn't weigh as much as your shoe. Your shoe weighs 2000+ lbs.? How do you walk with that?

15.5 is street time, on street pavement. 15.9 is my track time, if I do good, 15.7. Yet again, carrrnut makes an immature attempt to have one up on me, bottom line... If you have the guts, go to San Diego sometime, I'll meet you there, and we can handle this, but we'll have to plan it ahead by like two months, because I actually have a life... I know it's hard for you to believe that I have a life and you don't but it is true.

I think I'll bet on the civic because corollas are rather weak compared to their curbweight.

actually, my buddy has a completely stock AE86, it's pretty cool, slow, but cool. He is going to start fixing it up soon and it should be pretty fast knowing him. here's a link: http://www.abqimportscene.com/nmauto...rs.php?view=43

I raced the hatch... Smoked him by about 3 car lengths... Off the start to the finish. He beat a 97 EX, made me proud, I told him he better not lose. Look in case you guys didn't know, me and liquid8 are homies, I've known him for five years, he used to drive a 5.0, I'm the one that talked him into getting a hatch, but when you see a Corolla beat a 99 Civic Si, and then you see a Corolla lose to a GSR by a mere car length, it changes your perspective of Corolla's.

Oh yeah and I tested my road time with Gtech pro. You guys disappoint me when it comes to knowledge.
When you have STREET tires, you get better traction on... well... the street. When you have drag radials, you get better traction on... well... the drag strip. I have street tires, and I get better traction on... the street. So when I street race out in the country, I get better times then on the track. My time slips at the track read 15.9. My Gtech pro read 15.5, at best, even though the Gtech is off by a bit. So when I say I run 15.7 in arguement to his statement, it's because when I race, I prefer to do so on the track... Does that clarify things?
