Update on My JDM Motor
well,the 1.8 motor i ordered from CNS(for only $695) & is supposed to only have only 45k miles,came not only with :alternator,intake,exhaust man,p/s pump AND complete clutch assembly.I just assumed it would be long block only.the pulley on the p/s pump is for a multi rib belt,but everything else looks normal.the motor itself is as clean as a whistle,but have yet to install it.
Will keep everyone updated to let you know how the motor runs!

oh yeah,ordered my motor,over the ph,on a Sat & arrived the next Fri.there is a $170 shipping charge & it has to ship to a business or someplace that has access to a fork truck.motor is wrapped up on a pallet

haven't installed it yet,but physical appearance-looks like a very low mileage motor.let ya know when i get it to a point to take a compression check

k good luck. hearing you praise it has actually made me wanna buy one... mine has 150k on it right now so i'd say that would be a big improvement
