whats wrong with my car?

i drive a 94 S14 with front mount,air filter and a muffler..thats it...anyway i upgrade turbo a few days ago..a brand new gt28 320hp ball bearing turbo..but the car doesnt go that hard..it feel like im still rolling with stock turbo..so i went to a work shop for full inspection...and they told me the car is fine...nothing wrong with it..the only problem they can find is that the exhaust system..they say that who ever work on the exhaust must be a wanker..coz it not fit properly...thats why the exhaust doesnt flow....so could this be the reason why my car doesnt go hard with a new bigger turbo? thanx alot

First, he's in australia, they started making S14s there in 93 so nobody flame him for that, second, AWD, isn't this the kind of problem you had before replacing all your gaskets?

unless you have huge diamater changes in your exhaust or huge holes in it then it won't be a problem.. just like logik said, check the gaskets.. you probably have a leak somewhere.. to me, it seems as though the guy you took it to is a wanker.. does the new turbo actually fit your setup properly??cause it also sounds like its too big for your downpipe.. what size exhaust do you have?

Are you being sarcastic? If so, then lol, funny, if not then the JDM S14 started production in 1993, we only got it in 1995, in Australia they have the JDM version of cars.

yes the turbo was fit properly by proffesionals..just say if i fit a brand new exhaust system...3 inch turbo back..will that help?

haha my fault... i understand that aussie gets JDM right-handed cars which is why they have older evo's, type r wrx's, and gtr's.. but i jus got thrown off by...

you should have a 3" on there for sure with the gt28 bb..
bigger turbo = more flowing air
small exhaust + bigger turbo = air flow restriction
