Re: 03 tiburon v6 vibrates when comming out of first gear

ok, first off... is the vibrating only happening at a stand still and out of first gear? 2nd how bad is the vibration..3rd when did it start happening? my best bet if it is only at a stand still and first that it is the clutch because if it wasnt then the other gears would likely be affected also... get back to me with the info mainly the first question...

Re: 03 tiburon v6 vibrates when comming out of first gear

vibration only happens when i get out in first gear or reverse not when the car is still, just when i do the clutch control to get the car in motion, no vibration in any other gears, it is not extremely bad but it does vibrate the chasis and is noticable, it started happening yesterday which was when i bought the car hehe. hope you can help, car has only 2500miles as new!

If you are vibrating while braking, then it's likely that your brake rotors are warped.

I doubt it's braking, it happens when idling too and only at the last little bit of braking, also i noticed today a it occurs a bit when taking off slowly from second gear.
the car's only JUST got over 100kms on it, it's 3 days old, I somehow doubt the brakes would be warped, unless they were warped when i got the car - but it feels like engine vibration moreso, maybe likes its about to stall or running rough?

Damn mouse....Obove quote was supposed to go in this reply. But anyways. Dont know, could be me, but it could be operator error. Maybe still not used to the cars clutch. Is this your first standard? Look at the simple before going technical.
