Uncontrolled Idle

I recently purchased a 1992 Firebird, and its suffering from uncontrolled idle. Let me define my definition of uncontrolled idle incase, im giving it the wrong title, etc. The engine idles high, and when you rev it, it will eventualy idle slower. When you take your foot off the clutch, it revs itself.
