THM 350 question

I have an old THM 350 transmission. I need to replace the housing that accepts the speedometer cable. This housing is made of steel and contains a nylon gear that mates to an internal gear in the transmission. The problem is that the seal inside the housing that seals to the nylon gear shaft is leaking badly. I've tried to remove the seal with no success. Does anyone know where I can purchase a new seal housing?

All the old parts store that I have located do not sell this part.

Thanks

There is no box hanging on the transmission tailstock. But it is where the box would attach. In my case, my spedo cable goes directly into a housing that can be removed from the transmission itself. The housing I want to replace looks like a bullet. It has an o-ring on the outside to seal the housing from the tailstock. The nylon gear goes through a hole at the inside of the housing. This is the seal that is leaking. Would like to replace the entire unit
