Lightbulb 1995 B2300 4 fault codes. Please help!

I have 1995 B2300 (2.4 L, 144k. miles) in the mornings (cold engine) starts nicely, but then it gets hot, it's hard to start it and then it starts RPM's are high, engine works roughly.
"Check engine" light came on so I pulled the computer fault codes to find out what's causing the check engine light to come on.
Computer show 4 codes: P0118, P0125, P1000, P1132. Can somebody tell me that these codes meen and that I should fix.
Thank you all.
Julius
