changing brake lights

i have a 2000 jetta. how do you get the tail lights casing off to change a bulb? help...anybody?

I myself own a 96 Jetta, but on it you pop the trunk, and remove the casing from the inside. Just pull back the interior material to get to it. Replace bulbs with similar.
