first of all on these legacy subs. NOOOOO! I can tell just by looking at them their crap lol. IS your 200 dollar budget just for the subs, or the amp too. I hope its not both orelse ur out of luck. Wel anyways, i suggest getting one 12 sub from Re Audio, Image Dyanmics, Elemental designs or adire audio. Depending on your price range we can help you out even more. Are you going for SQ, SQL, OR SPL on the subs? Could you consider a higher budget?

the 200 is just for subs. i already have and 800 watt amp and a box for 10s because thats what ive had sice i got the car but i want subs that bump hard but still sound good

Check out the Infinity kappa or perfects, cost about $100 each, you will not be disappointed.

JL makes a good sub, then I would look at JBL, a $100 per sub budget is a great place to start.

Infinities are overpriced and don't perform very well. Those Legacys are some of the worst speakers availbale. look into RE's RE series 10's (www.reaudio.com) and elemental design's K-series 10's (they call them 11's) (www.edesignaudio.com)

Me? Avionixx 1200.2 on the subs..... soon to have an avionixx 400.2 for some comps...... They're definately not the best but they're good and cheap..... haha dude.. i doubt anyone who reads this will suggest anything.. you cant just throw any 10" subs in a bandpass box... whatever you put in there is gonna sound like total ass. and as far as the amp goes.. itll prolly blow as soon as you get the subs.

sorry im nto trying to rag on what you have im just saying it would be a lot better to start from scratch. or at least get rid of the box and let us make some recommendations and then build/buy a sealed or ported box once you have the subs.

Yeah I was just going to ask about the 800w amp. How does it make 800w? Do you have to put 30v. into it and is that for a nanosecond? Then I saw he's got the "boss" so I was right.

I know everyone has to start somewhere but try not to do it at the bottom!

No dude....... its called a lightning bolt amp....... if lighning struck the power input of the amp it would produced rated power for a millisecond before it blew up!!!! Come on u shoulda learned that in preschool.
