This class features Mazda Miatas racing under a tight set of parameters with minimal modifications. Spec Miata provides an affordable nationwide class in which all regions use the same rules and regulations to afford a level basis for competition. All 1990-93 1600cc and 1994-97 1800cc Miatas are eligible and must use specific Bilstein adjustable shocks in conjunction with Eibach springs and sway bars. The class is factory supported by Mazda's North American Operations Competition Parts Department.
