ok i placed an add to trade paint work for some kits and after talking to a borad member about what he would like to done on a trade i started getting ideas on what to do for him , and after i pulled out a kit to cut apart i got an idea LOL! So heres what i came up with : this is the tamyia RX 7 ,i had already used the motor, seats ,wing , wheels and tires on another kit ,so i was using this as parts ,,so i took it out of the box to cut the body panels off when i decided on this LOL!


its got corvette sets ,my own custom wheels , a carbon hood ,? not sure if i keep it ,but it will be right hand driver ,the fin from a thunder bird kit , i dont know what color yet ,but after looking at other builts off of AF this might be an easy paint job i dont know if i will do a wild 1 as on the others that i have shared LOL!

Let my know , I think i will try to find a motor but for now its just a curside , Any 1 want to tell me how i should do this 1 ,Later

due put an LS1 in it that my uncle motto "put a corvette engine in it!" Everthing you do is sweet, shouldn't you do the carbon, after you painted it? When are you going to do a gelpen tutorial, why don't you use this opportunity...

LOL! you think this needs a wild paint job ?,i got a few vette motors now that i think of it I might have to go that route, what about a V10 ,from the dodge sidewinder kit ,DAMN you guys are making my head spin with ideas LOL!

V10 probably wont fit. Go with a bad ass twin turbo LS1. Do a wild paint job, b/c thats what you do and are awesome at! Are you going to do the whole kit? If so do the wild detailed twin turbo, big brakes behind what are those 19's? , and do like a beefier vette, or sidewinder rear end

Where do you live? If you are US go to walmart, and but the AMT Dodge D50, they are $4.50, and come with a turbo, or you could build one. If you don't want to do it send me a block and i'll do it. LOL, I'm serious actually

block as in the engine block, I am going to make up a LS7 visual conversion, i.e. valve covers, if you want that i can make the first one for you

do you need the engine block for the rx 7 or the vette? i found an rx 7 motor today in my parts box! let me know i would still like to do the tubros!!

cool project, but i don't like that vette engine idea. IMO keep it japanese! hahaha! whatever, as long as it turns out great. as for the color, paint it copper orange with mid night blue rims! good luck

Haha, this is a good joke! You, the man with all the idea's is asking us for a idea? You're kidding, are you?

I'd do the twin turbos on the vette, anf if you want the LS7 valve cover if you want me to, also, I'll do it for free (you supply the engine block) I enjoy building motors. I could also do custom work on the RX7 motor instead.
