jack extensions location

recently purchased a 98 wrangler. We saw the jack and tire iron located behind the passenger seat, and today we went to show my son how to jack it up to change a tire, but we can't find the two jack handle extensions, and the manual doesn't mention their location. Can someone tell us where they are typically located?

Thanks

Re: jack extensions location

From the passenger side door, reach down on the inside of the body; there's a couple of velcro straps that secure the extensions down there in the corner, where the side of the body meets the floor. It's about even with the seat, and you may have to lift up the carpeting to get to it.
