Hi, i'm new to this forum.
Anyway, There is a problem with my ABS on my 96 Grand AM GT so I looked up ways of disabling it online (just for the time being). Most posts say to just remove the ABS fuse, however there are 2 fuses that are labeled with ABS, A 40A fuse labeled ABS, and a 20A fuse labeled ABS/Evo. I was wondering what the function of each fuse is and which one i would be removing to temporarily diable my ABS. Thank you, Anthony |

Well I removed the 40 Amp ABS fuse and took the car for a test drive, It did what I wanted it to do so now i'm just curious what that other fuse is for (ABS/EVO 20 Amp)

Re: Which ABS Fuse?
I think it may have something to do with the cruise disable system. There's sensors that disable your cruise control if they detect a large enough shock to the wheel sensors, so I think it may be the fuse for that system.
